Bite size desserts are simple, quick and easy to pick up and pop in the mouth for Holi.Heres a coconut laddu recipe made with condensed milk.Can be made in a jiffy and eaten in a jiffy too!

3 cups fresh grated coconut
1 cup dry grated coconut
1 can condensed milk(14 oz)
1/4 cup chopped nuts and raisins(cashew, pistachio and almond)
pinch of cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
Procedure:
1.Toast the nuts in ghee until light golden brown.
2.Add the fresh coconut and toast for around 3-4 minutes.
3.Add cardamom and condensed milk and mix well until the mixture starts to come together in one lump.Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
4.Apply a little ghee on your palms and roll the mixture into rounds and roll them in dry grated coconut and serve.
