Green chutney is a very popular accompaniment to most Chat items in India.Very simple to make and give a delicious fresh and tangy taste to your dishes.
Ingredients:
2 Cup coriander leaves
1 cup mint leaves
6 green chili(adjust to your spiciness level)
2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder(optional)
juice of a lemon or 1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste(adjust to your tanginess)
1-2 garlic clove
black salt to taste
Procedure:
1.Blend all the ingredients in a blender and adjust lemon juice/tamarind paste to your taste.Serve Chilled.
