This dish is a stir fried egg and broccoli preparation tempered with Indian spices, served with rice or roti.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped onions
2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chana dal
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 spring curry leaves

Procedure:
1.Heat oil in the pan,add chana dal and urad dal and let brown lightly,add the turmeric, mustard,cumin and curry leaves and let splutter.
2.Add the garlic,green chili and onions and saute till
golden brown.
3.Add the broccoli and saute for 5 minutes.It should still
have crunch but should lose the raw taste.
4.Add the dhaniya powder,salt and red chili powder and mix.
5.Add eggs and stir well till it separates into small pieces.
Tips:
Serve with rice or roti or bread.
