See recipe for batter here

Dosa Procedure:
1.To the batter add little batter so you have a pouring consistency.
2.Heat a Pan on high and sprinkle some oil and smear it with a half cut onion(this makes the pan nonstick). When you sprinkle some water the pan should sizzle.

3.Turn the heat to medium and immediately pour a dollop of batter in the centre, with a ladle and starting from the center start spreading the batter towards the outside in circular motion so it forms a concentric circle.

4.Spray some oil and red cook on ones side, with a spatula try scraping the dosa out of the pan from all around the dosa, once all sides are separated from the pan, flip the dosa and let cook for half minute. Fold the Dosa into half and remove from pan.

Tips:
Dosa can be served with peanut chutney/tomato peanut chutney, peanut podi or coconut chutney.
