salt to taste

1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala/fish masala
1 stem curry leaves
Procedure:
7.Add the fish pieces to the pan and cover with the lid and
let cook on high flame for 12 minutes.(if you have time you can let it simmer
on lower flame for around 20 minutes until your fish is done).Once the fish is cooked add the methi powder and give it a
light stir and let stand for 1 minute and turn off the stove.
Tips:
The cooking times of various fish varies, Salmon needs around
12-15 minutes to cook. Tilapia and mahi
mahi take around 20-25 minutes to cook so you have to simmer it in the sauce for their respective cooking times.
